How to manage and utilize your exports from the "Export history" Page



WellyBox offers an intuitive "Export history" page that acts as a centralized hub for all your export activities. From this page, not only can you keep track of your past exports, but you can also execute a variety of actions based on the type of export. Here's a walkthrough to help you get the most out of your export history:

Accessing and managing your exports


Log in to your WellyBox account.
Navigate to the "Export history" page.
Next to each report, click on the three dots located on the right side to open the dropdown menu of actions available for that particular export.

If you've exported to Google Drive you can

Rename export title: Modify the name of your export report for easier identification.
Find receipts in Google Drive: This is a direct link that helps you quickly locate the associated receipts within your Google Drive.
Download options: WellyBox offers flexibility in download formats. You can choose from:
CSV
Microsoft Excel
Zip
PDF
Delete from List: Remove the export report from your export history if it's no longer needed.

For All Other Export Types you can


Rename export Title: Modify the name of your export report for easier identification.
