It's important to note that when you sign up, your inbox is automatically connected, so unless you unlink it, that inbox is already connected. In order to connect more inboxes:

Open your WellyBox account.
Click on "Inboxes" in the left sidebar.
Click on "Add new account".
Connect another inbox.

How to connect WhatsApp with WellyBox?

Open your WellyBox account.
Click on "Mobile Scan" in the left sidebar.

Add your mobile number by clicking the "Add Mobile Number" button.

Enter your country flag and WhatsApp number.

How come I don't see receipts in WellyBox even though they're in my inbox?

You may find discrepancies between receipts in your email and receipts in your WellyBox account for a few reasons. Some of them are listed below.

Reasons why some receipts aren't appearing in my WellyBox account

WellyBox automatically scans your inbox every 24 to 48 hours. It is possible that new receipts have not yet been synced. Go to the "Inboxes" screen and click on "Sync" next to the inbox you wish to sync. This will force an immediate sync. Wait one hour and check again.
You may have signed up more than once. Perhaps you created an account using another mailbox and connected more than one inbox to it (including the current one). Your inbox might be connected to two WellyBox accounts, resulting in receipts going to the other account. If you have another account, close it. Please contact support if you have any issues with that.
There might be filters applied to your documents (like date, vendor, etc.). Make sure all filters are set to "All".
A few documents might be hidden by "automation" rules. Delete unnecessary automations from the "Automation" screen.

What is the  "Automation" screen?

"Automation" screen is where you see the rules you created.

| For example, hen you delete a document, you'll be asked if you want to ignore future documents from that sender. If you say yes, you'll see this automation rule in the "Automation" screen.

There are some documents collected by WellyBox that are not receipts. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

There are times when our robot confuses receipts with other documents like commercials (usually when there are fields like prices, dates, etc.).

How to delete a document?

Delete documents from your dashboard by clicking the trash icon near the receipt.
It is also possible to delete a receipt by clicking "Delete" in a specific receipt view.

How to tell WellyBox to ignore a specific email sender?

When you delete a document, you'll see a pop-up asking you whether you want WellyBox to pull documents from this email sender in the future. If you don't want WellyBox to pull documents from this sender in the future, mark the box. As soon as you've created a rule, you'll be able to see it in the "Automation" screen.

How to send receipts to Google Drive?

In order to send receipts from WellyBox to Google Drive, follow these steps:

Go to the "Cloud Storage" screen.
Add a new destination.
Choose Google Drive.
Connect your Google Drive account.
Now that WellyBox is connected to your Google Drive, go to the dashboard. Click on "Export" after selecting the receipts you want to sync to Google Drive.
Choose "Export to Google Drive" from the dropdown menu.
Your receipts will appear in Google Drive after a few minutes.

| The next time you want to sync to Google Drive, you don't have to connect your Drive again, but you will have to actively export your documents. There is no automatic synchronization, so you can choose which receipts go to Google Drive and which do not.
