"Billing" Page Guide

The "Billing" page in WellyBox is your financial dashboard where you can view details about your current subscription plan, check the date and amount of your next bill, manage your subscription settings, or cancel your subscription if needed. Additionally, you can explore other available plans to find one that best suits your needs.

Overview of Your Subscription

• The page will display the type of subscription you have, like 'Business Monthly', and the date of your next scheduled bill.

Managing Your Subscription Plan

• You have the option to change your subscription by clicking on 'Manage plan'. This allows you to upgrade or downgrade your service according to your current needs.
• WellyBox offers a user-friendly interface for managing your subscription plan.

Accessing Your Current Plan Details

• From the 'Billing' page, you can see your 'Current Plan' which includes the plan type, cost per month, and associated email.
• It also shows the renewal date and your next estimated payment.

Viewing Detailed Plan Information

• Click 'View details' to see a breakdown of what your plan includes and any additional benefits or features.

Updating Your Subscription Plan

1. To change your plan, click 'Update plan' to be taken to a selection page.
2. On this page, you have the option to switch between 'Monthly' and 'Yearly' plans to suit your budgeting cycle.
3. Review the available plans and select the one that fits your business requirements.
4. Once you've selected a new plan, click 'Continue' to proceed with the changes.

Managing Payment Methods

• The 'Payment Method' section allows you to view your default payment card, add a new payment method, or delete an existing one.
• To update your billing information, click 'Update information' under the 'Billing Information' section.

Invoice History Review

• Below your payment and billing details, you'll find 'Invoice History' where you can track past payments and see which plan they were associated with.
• This streamlined process ensures you have full control over your WellyBox subscription, allowing you to scale up or down depending on your current needs.

Exploring Other Plans

• If you’re considering changing your plan, click on 'View all plans' to see what other options WellyBox offers. This could be a way to access more features or find a plan that is more cost-effective for your usage.

Cancelling Your Subscription
