"Profile" Page Guide

The "Profile" page on WellyBox is where you can manage your personal details, business information, language settings, change your password, and, if necessary, delete your account.

Personal Details and Business Information



You can edit your personal contact details.
Adjust your business information, including the company name and tax ID.

Language Settings



Select your preferred account language from the drop-down menu and save the changes.

Changing Your Password



To change your password, click on the 'Change password' link.
You'll be redirected to a new page where you should input your existing password, then enter a new password and repeat it for confirmation.
Click 'Save Changes' to update your password.

Deleting Your Account



To delete your account, scroll down and click on 'Close Account and Delete Data' at the bottom of the profile page.
A confirmation box will ask if you are sure you want to close your account.
You have the options to 'Contact support', 'Close Account and Delete Data', or 'Go back to safety' if you change your mind.
If you choose to proceed with account deletion, you may share your reasons for leaving, which is optional.

Please note that deleting your account will remove all your data from WellyBox, and you will not be able to backup documents for a tax audit or retrieve important documents for tax or expense reports. It's recommended to ensure that you have all the necessary data backed up before proceeding with this irreversible action.
