It's important to note that when you sign up, your inbox is automatically connected, so unless you unlink it, that inbox is already connected. In order to connect more inboxes:

Open your WellyBox account.
Click on "Inboxes" in the left sidebar.
Click on "Add new account".
Connect another inbox.

Upon landing on the "All Receipts" page, you'll notice a gallery of your receipts. Each thumbnail represents an individual receipt, complete with a snapshot, the provider's name, the amount, and the date. For a more detailed look, you have the option to switch to the table view, which presents your receipts in a list format or simply click on any receipt to see all the extracted details.

Sorting and Filtering

To help you find exactly what you're looking for, use the powerful filtering tools at your disposal. Sort your receipts by:

Creating Automation Rules

Initiating a Rule: When editing details of a document (like changing its business relation or category, or ignoring future documents from a specific vendor), a pop-up will ask if you want to create a rule based on this action.
Customizing the Rule: You can then specify the details of this rule, determining its application to future similar documents.

Managing Automation Rules

The "Automation Rules" page allows for the overview and management of your rules:

View: Displays all the rules you have created, along with their specifics.
Edit: Enables modifications to adjust to your changing needs.
Delete: Removes rules that are no longer necessary.

| In WellyBox, automation rules can currently be created for automatically deleting, assigning to an expense category, or assigning to a business entity for future receipts from a specific vendor.

How come I don't see receipts in WellyBox even though they're in my inbox?

You may find discrepancies between receipts in your email and receipts in your WellyBox account for a few reasons. Some of them are listed below.

Reasons why some receipts aren't appearing in my WellyBox account

WellyBox automatically scans your inbox every 24 to 48 hours. It is possible that new receipts have not yet been synced. Go to the "Inboxes" screen and click on "Sync" next to the inbox you wish to sync. This will force an immediate sync. Wait one hour and check again.
You may have signed up more than once. Perhaps you created an account using another mailbox and connected more than one inbox to it (including the current one). Your inbox might be connected to two WellyBox accounts, resulting in receipts going to the other account. If you have another account, close it. Please contact support if you have any issues with that.
There might be filters applied to your documents (like date, vendor, etc.). Make sure all filters are set to "All".
A few documents might be hidden by "automation" rules. Delete unnecessary automations from the "Automation" screen.

How to send receipts to Google Drive?

In order to send receipts from WellyBox to Google Drive, follow these steps:

Go to the "Cloud Storage" screen.
Add a new destination.
Choose Google Drive.
Connect your Google Drive account.
Now that WellyBox is connected to your Google Drive, go to the dashboard. Click on "Export" after selecting the receipts you want to sync to Google Drive.
Choose "Export to Google Drive" from the dropdown menu.
Your receipts will appear in Google Drive after a few minutes.

| The next time you want to sync to Google Drive, you don't have to connect your Drive again, but you will have to actively export your documents. There is no automatic synchronization, so you can choose which receipts go to Google Drive and which do not.
