There are some documents collected by WellyBox that are not receipts. What should I do?
There are times when our robot confuses receipts with other documents like commercials (usually when there are fields like prices, dates, etc.).
Delete documents from your dashboard by clicking the trash icon near the receipt.
It is also possible to delete a receipt by clicking "Delete" in a specific receipt view.
When you delete a document, you'll see a pop-up asking you whether you want WellyBox to pull documents from this email sender in the future.
If you don't want WellyBox to pull documents from this sender in the future, mark the box. As soon as you've created a rule, you'll be able to see it in the "Automation" screen.
