What does it mean that I have an authentication mismatch?

When you have an authentication mismatch, it means that you were trying to access the system with two different WellyBox accounts at the same time, usually in different browser tabs.
When that happens, we automatically hide the content on the other browser tabs by redirecting them away from the system.

This is a safety measure we take to protect the integrity of our users' data. If this happens to you when you have not attempted to sign-in with another WellyBox account, please contact us for further assistance.
