How to Invite an Accountant to Your WellyBox Account?

Welcoming an accountant to your WellyBox account is straightforward. Here’s how to do it:


Steps to Invite an Accountant:


  1. Open Settings: From your dashboard, select "Settings & Integration" found on the left-hand menu.
  2. Access Team Member Invitations: Click on "Invite team members." If this is your first invitation, you'll notice an "Invite" button in the middle of the page and a "+" button in the top right corner.
  3. Select to Invite an Accountant: Tap the "+" button and choose the "Accountant" option.
  4. Provide Accountant Details: A form will appear requesting the accountant's name and email address.
  5. Issue the Invitation: Once you've entered the details, hit the "Invite" button.
  6. Await Confirmation: A pop-up will confirm that your invitation has been sent. You'll be notified when the accountant accepts the invite.


Post-Invitation Process:
  • The accountant will receive an email prompting them to join WellyBox.
  • After acceptance, their details, including name, email, role, and status, will be listed on the "Team members" section.


Note on Subscription Plans:
  • Your ability to add accountants may depend on your WellyBox subscription plan. Make sure to review how many team members your plan allows you to invite.


Managing Accountants:
  • From the "Team members" page, you can effortlessly manage your accountants, adding or removing them in line with the limitations of your subscription.
