Everything You Need to Know About Filters in Your WellyBox Account

You can find these filters on the 'All Receipts' page, where you handle all your receipts. With these filters, you can easily search through lots of receipts to quickly find the one you need.



Main Filters (Visible on the "All Receipts" Page):



Expense Date: This lets you pick dates from a calendar to find receipts from a specific time.
Source: Here you can choose where your receipts came from:
- Mailboxes: Email accounts linked to your WellyBox for collecting receipts.
- Mobile Scan: Receipts scanned from your phone and sent to your account via WellyBox bot in WhatsApp.
- Portals: Receipts from online stores like Amazon or eBay.
- Uploaded Documents: Receipts you uploaded yourself from your device.
Email Sender: Select receipts based on who sent them to you.
Received Date: Similar to the Expense Date, use the calendar to find receipts by the date you got them.

Applying Filters: For each filter you select, be sure to click the "Apply" button to confirm your choices.

Additional Filters (Accessible via the "More Filters" Button):



Entity: Sort receipts by Business or Personal. You can create more categories like these on the "My Business Entity" page.
Vendor: Find receipts from specific stores or companies.
Category: Organize receipts by types, like food or electronics. You can manage these on the "Expense Categories" page.
Payment Status: Sort receipts based on their payment status - Paid, Unpaid, or Unspecified.

Applying Filters: For each filter you select, be sure to click the "Apply" button to confirm your choices.

Clearing Filters:

The "Clear Filters" button resets all your selections, showing all receipts.

Remember, these filters are there to make your life easier. By mastering their use, you'll navigate through your financial documents with ease and precision.
